Lynn Jennings Taylor, President, is a nationally known nurse attorney with over 25 years of experience in protecting patients and reducing financial loss through proactive risk management. She is also a Certified Professional Healthcare Risk Manager (CPHRM). She has been a General Counsel for over 15 years at one of the busiest cardiac centers in the country managing all legal, risk and ethical issues.

HRS specializes in providing customized services for healthcare providers, with a focus on clinical risk management, coaching, education, disclosure of errors, root cause analysis and the evaluation and design of risk management and patient safety programs.

Ms. Taylor has lectured extensively for Physician groups offering tips on preventing malpractice claims based on her years as a litigator, General Counsel and insurance expert.

As a corporate Vice President of Risk for an integrated delivery system she ensured compliance with regulatory requirements, aided in integrating risk management and quality improvement, developed proactive approaches for patient safety particularly in the obstetrical and emergency departments, and established claims management programs and risk transfer vehicles.
